History of shares
On January 27, 2014, the Warsaw Stock Exchange Board passed a resolution no 91/2014 on floating Vakomtek S.A.

The Board decided to admit the following Vakomtek S.A. shares to listing on the NewConnect market:
  • 250.000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) Class A ordinary bearer shares of nominal value 0.5 PLN each,
  • 4.349.440 (four million three hundred and forty-nine thousand four hundred and forty) Class C ordinary bearer shares of nominal value 0.5 PLN each, and
  • 1.600.560 (one million six hundred thousand five hundred and sixty) Class D ordinary bearer shares of nominal value 0.5 PLN each. .
The first share price performance marked by Central Securities Depository of Poland using code "PLVKMTK00015" was carried out during NewConnect alternative trading system session on February 13, 2014


On the 1st of March 2016 r. Commercial Court in Warsaw (Sąd Rejonowy dla m. st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego) registered capital increase, done by issuing E Class shares. Capital of Vakomtek S.A. was increased from 4.000.000,00 PLN to 8.000.000,00 PLN and now it is divided to 16.000.000 shares:

a) 250.000 Class A ordinary bearer shares, numbers A 000001 to A 250000,

b) 1.800.000 Class B registered, preferential vote shares,  numbers B 0000001 to B 1800000,

c) 4.349.440 Class C ordinary bearer shares, numbers C 0000001 to C 4349440,

d) 1.600.560 Class D ordinary bearer shares, numbers D 0000001 to D 1600560.

e) 8.000.000 Class E ordinary bearer shares, numbers E 0000001 to E 8000000.

Company applied for floating Class E shares onto the NewConnect market run by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
